 1. Apparel Returns

  • Time Frame: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return any apparel items.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable.

 2. Gym Equipment Returns

  • Time Frame: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return any gym equipment.
  • Condition: Items must be in their original condition and packaging, with all accessories included.

  • Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned equipment, we will process your refund. Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable.

 3. Health Products (ORS Fit, Protein Shakes, Alkaline Products)

  • No Returns: For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on ORS Fit, protein shakes, and alkaline products.
  • Damaged Packs: If you receive any health products that are damaged, we will replace them free of charge. Please contact our customer service team at +91 9900464646 or email us at stayfit@stayfitindia.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item.

  • Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item received is incorrect or damaged.
